01 — About

From Two
Machines to a
Global Force

Founded in 1991 with two knitting machines and a bold vision, W. Brothers Apparel has grown into a vertically integrated powerhouse — delivering premium knitwear for the world's most discerning brands.

Every process — knitting, dyeing, cutting, embellishments, stitching, finishing — is housed under one roof. This integration ensures superior quality control, speed, and reliability at every stage.

🏆
Presidential Award for Export Excellence
Recognized for leadership in Pakistani manufacturing & global export.
02 — The W. Brothers Way

Our Guiding Philosophy

Vision
Lead & Redefine Global Excellence
To lead the global knitwear industry by blending innovation with sustainability, craftsmanship with automation, and tradition with progress.
Mission
Deliver. Empower. Exceed.
To deliver world-class knitwear through innovation, sustainability, and integrity — empowering our people, preserving the planet, and exceeding expectations.
Values
Family. Quality. Conscience.
We treat partners like family. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity. Sustainability is not a trend — it is a responsibility we embrace in every decision.
Sustainability

Powered by the Sun

5 MW
Solar Capacity Installed

Our commitment to responsible manufacturing is built into our infrastructure. A 5 MW on-site solar installation powers a significant share of our production, reducing reliance on the grid and cutting our carbon footprint across every stage — from knitting and dyeing to finishing and packing.

Clean energy isn't an add-on for us — it's how we make sure every garment carries a lighter footprint, without compromising on the quality our partners expect.

Reduced Emissions
Lower carbon footprint across the production cycle
Grid Independence
Self-generated clean power for core operations
Responsible Sourcing
Renewable energy paired with certified materials
03 — How We Work

Vertically Integrated Mastery

Every stage. One roof. Zero compromise.
01
Knitting
A daily knitting capacity of 25,000 kg across the full casualwear spectrum — single jersey (140–280 GSM), fleece LSF/LST (240–500 GSM), pique (180–260 GSM), lycra jersey, interlock, rib, and scuba. In-house yarn dyeing on Loris Bellini machines produces 2,000 kg per day for striped fleece and pique. QC verifies yarn count, tension, and GSM on every roll; in-line QA monitors stretch recovery and dimensional stability across all constructions.
25,000 kg / day · Single Jersey · Fleece LSF/LST · Pique · Lycra · Interlock · Rib · Scuba
02
Dyeing & Finishing
A daily dyeing & finishing capacity of 20,000 kg — 520 tons of dyed and finished knitted fabric per month. Dyeing: Thies exhaust dyeing machines handling lots from 50 kg to 1,600 kg, with AHIBA IR equipment for consistent, repeatable shade matching. Finishing: Lafer shearing & compactor, Mario Crosta sueding, Corino weft straightener, and a 10-chamber Monforts stenter deliver precise hand-feel, surface finish, and dimensional control. A fully equipped lab covers the complete gamut of chemical, washing, and shrinkage testing — and 100% of fabric is inspected on purpose-built inspection frames before leaving the facility.
20,000 kg / day · 520 T / month · Thies · AHIBA IR · Lafer · Mario Crosta · Monforts · 100% inspected
03
Merchandising
In-house R&D transforms client vision into fabric, trims, and prototypes. Every trim and accessory is QC-checked against approved specs before entering production. QA manages supplier compliance, test reports, and full supply chain traceability.
In-house R&D · Trim QC · Full traceability
04
Cutting
Gerber Paragon® & Lectra Vector® automated systems process over 20,000kg of fabric daily. QC begins at fabric inspection — every roll scanned for defects before the first cut. Post-cut QC verifies each component for shape, size, and grain alignment before assembly.
Gerber Paragon® · Lectra Vector® · 100% cut part QC
05
Embellishment
Full in-house embellishment capability — printing and embroidery under one roof, purpose-built for casualwear. Printing: screen printing, HD, HTL, plastisol, silicone, DTF, DTG, sublimation, embossed, and metallic — from placement graphics to all-over coverage. Embroidery: flat, 3D puff, chenille, appliqué, and chain stitch — executed on fleece, interlock, jersey, and scuba constructions. QC on every run: colour density, registration, stitch count, and hand-feel checked against sealed approval samples. QA documents ink compliance, thread spec, wash fastness, and rub fastness per order.
Screen · HD · HTL · Plastisol · Silicone · DTF · DTG · Flat Embroidery · 3D Puff · Chenille · Appliqué
06
Stitching
35 stitching lines, 1,500 machines. Quality controllers stationed at every critical step — In-line QC controllers are stationed at every critical sewing operation — seams, reinforcements, and trims checked continuously. End-line QA verifies every completed garment before it leaves the line.
35 lines · 30,000 pcs / day · In-line QC → End-line QA
07
Garment Wash
Garment washing for the washed casualwear market. Techniques include acid wash, pigment dye, enzyme wash, stone wash, and bleach wash — each creating distinct vintage and lived-in aesthetics unique to casualwear. QC checks shade consistency, fabric integrity, and dimensional stability post-wash. QA approves each wash lot against sealed colour standards before finishing.
Acid · Pigment Dye · Enzyme · Stone · Bleach wash
08
Finishing
Finishing: steam tunnels, automated pressing, and specialised equipment for trimming threads, spot-cleaning, and shaping each garment to its final presentation. QC inspectors verify measurements, construction, and appearance against the approved sample before any piece proceeds.
Steam · Press · Thread trim · Spot clean · QC inspection
09
Packing
Packing: every garment folded, tagged, and packed to exact client specifications — size ratios, hangtags, polybags, and carton labelling all verified. Batch Audit QA reviews completed lots statistically for consistency. Final Audit QA is the absolute last checkpoint — size, quantity, labelling, and packaging compliance formally signed off. Nothing ships without QA approval.
